Custom Fiber Processing

Ordering is a simple process. The steps below outline what will occur to process your order.

1. Prepare your fiber for processing.

2. Send us your fiber.
You can include an order form with your fiber, or send an e-mail or call us with instructions. If you desire spun yarn, include an example of what you would like, or let us help you determine what best suits your fiber's natural characteristics. If you would like your fiber blended, dyed (pre/post processing), or have any other special instructions, be sure to tell us in your processing instructions.
*NOTE: A 50% deposit is required for orders over 10 lbs.

3. When your fiber is received, we will send you a receipt email with your approximate processing date. If email is not available to you, we will call you. We will also contact you when we are ready to start on your order.

4. When your order is complete, we will contact you with the balance of your order and shipping charges. When we receive the balance we will ship your processed fiber.
